Love my new Crane, it turns on a dime and goes uphill with ease. The quality of the board seems excellent and the graphics are great, in fact the artwork on entire line up from the Goat on down through the Lynx is spectacular. Everyone I met at the shop in SLC was fantastic. Jmo explained the difference between just about every board in the shop and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with my decision to join the Cardiff crew.
Would recommend this to anyone who wants a board with zero learning curve and max fun. I live in the Wasatch up in Big Cottonwood and get roughly 50 days in the backcountry per year. This board was immediately fun in what was an unusual variable condition week then has progressively been even better with pow. I’ve ridden an orca split and wndr belle tour as my most recent boards and the Cardiff is hands down my overall pick. You will not regret the decision.
Wow. Holy F. I just took this baby out for a week in the Canadian Rockies and WOOOOWZAAAA she's a frickin sports car baby!!! I've always wanted a Lamborghini and this is IT! Bouncy in the pow, speedy like a bat out of hell, nimble like a ninja and oh so dreamy on the skin track. I also happened to tour up the best resort in the world (Arapahoe Basin) for some groomer turns and SHIIIII doggie my booty cheeks were on the ground son! Don't even need posi posi! Turns over QUICK! I love that! All in all, this board lives up to it's name, it's a free ride BEAST. So fun, so stable, so poppy, and still turns on a dime. Oh and it's not fake stiff, it's actually stiff, real support when you need it plummeting from the sky at Mach Jesus. I F ing love this board. When I inevitably tank it into a rock, I will be back for more. Long live the Crane.
Shredz gnar forsure - on god.
