Returns & Exchanges

Cardiff covers any factory defects on our boards/skis for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft, or damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship is not covered by the warranty policy. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to complete the warranty claim. Please contact us at support@cardiffsnow.com to initiate the warranty process.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Our warranty will not cover every situation, but we will do everything we can to get you back on the mountain as soon as possible. Even if you destroy your Snowcraft on a rock, we are happy to figure out the best way to get you a new ride.


SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2-3 Days. Orders with Phantom Wax, or backordered product may take longer. Peak seasons may cause some variation in fulfillment times.  If you have questions about fulfillment please reach out to support via the email. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to 457 Deseret Drive, STE 3, Kaysville, Utah 84037.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

**We are not in control of how fast product arrives after your order leaves our warehouse. We cannot guarantee ship times due to unforeseen delays by shipping carriers or by delays cause by shipping companies. **

International Shipping

Cardiff does ship internationally. If you are curious about shipping cost and time of delivery to a country outside of North America, please contact customer service.
